Removing Connections Tab from Internet Options of Internet Explorer Using Group Policy

Scenario: In an education institute or other such places where users are restricted to view certain sites by means of giving a proxy and different port no, it is oberserved that over the period of time even users get smart enough to remove proxy from Internet options and access those restricted sites. What to do in such scenario?

Solution: [1] Remove connections tab from the Internet Options of Internet Explorer. So no one could change the proxy only.
This is how you do it
[1] Run > Type "gpedit.msc"
[2] On the left frame inside User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel
[3] On right frame access the properties of "Disable connections page" by right clicking on it properties
[4] Select Enabled and click ok.

Its done and similar explorer other options to tweak the by deafult tabs and settings

Printing Problem with regards to Shared Printer

Scenario: There are two computers A & B. A printer is attached on computer B which is shared and properly installed on both the computers. Both the computers have domain user accounts and they are on common domain. Both the user have logged on to their computers by their domain user accounts. User on computer A wants to print a document using the shared printer attached on B but is unable to do so. We have ensured that printer is physically working properly and print spooler services inside service.msc (type this in Run) is on and started. Network is clearly established between both the comps as we are successfully able to ping.

Errors being displayed on computer A:
1. Trust relationship between workstation and domain is not established.
2. Access Denied.

Solution.
1. Remove both the computers from Domain and put them in domain again and restart the computers.
2. To do the above step ensure that you have logged on as 'administrator' on the both the comps or you have relevant rights.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 Printing Problem

Sometimes Microsoft Outlook 2003 gives a peculiar type of printing problem. The problem faced by me was such that a client wanted to print the sent mails but couldn't do so. I had already ensured the following:
1. The printer is physically fine and drivers are working properly (Test Page was getting printed)
2. Any document from other applications like Word & Excel was getting printed properly

Steps taken by me to troubleshoot this problem:
1. Uninstalled Microsoft Outlook 2003 completely (For safety ensure Back Up of PST Archive file)
2. Installed Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Problem Solved.
